_{I live with my family in the Byron Bay area, the lush rainbow region of Northern NSW, Australia.}

_{I love exploring bridging worlds and connecting to what we call Heart.}
_{We call it Love, Freedom, God, or Truth.}

_{Since I can remember myself, I was interested in the way the Mysterious is unfolding as Life. My parents called me a philosopher before I knew what the word meant.}

_{Attracted by Spirit and Matter's connection, Consciousness and Music, the healing powers of Sound and Intention's inspiration, I began to explore Natural healing, Inner learnings, and creative expressions, all included in the Art of Living.}

_{What influences me affects us all, the essence of Life itself—Nature, Silence, Songs, People.}

_{I am drawn to Freedom and Love and to what is on the edge of evolution, and I find a feeling of Home more than anywhere else when I am present, wherever I am, in this present moment.}

_{Connection, the sense of Oneness in action, whenever there is a recognition of the co-creative and collaborative nature of life, move me.}

_{Authenticity, vulnerability and kindness inspire me. The pulses of creation and breathing remind me that we are made of love.}

_{My work is how I am fulfilling the purpose of being and practically engaging with life. I intend to love what I do, therefore, to do what I love.}

_{I grew up in Israel through different and varied musical phases. However, I was always attracted to music.}

_{By the age of 6, I performed in the Israeli Children’s Song Festival (The Magician Song); by the age of 8, I began writing poetry, and by the age of 14, I began composing original songs.}

_{Through most of my teenage years, I performed with The Tel Aviv Scouts Singing Group, touring Israel and Europe. I later continued to perform with the Nachal Singing group.}

_{I heard various music styles such as Middle Eastern and Arab music, South American music, folk & popular radio music, and music sang in the synagogues and mosques from an early age.}

_{This ethnically diverse musical concoction initiated and educated me to be open to the multi-cultural fabric of influences and enabled my musical styles, compositions and world view to expand.}

_{Following a year of studying philosophy, cultural theory and metaphysics combined with texts of Kabbalah & Jewish mysticism at the Tel Aviv University, I embarked on many journeys around the world.}

_{I travelled extensively & studied different philosophy, meditation, natural healing & music throughout Asia, the Americas, Europe & Israel. The music then took the role of a transformative tool and an enhancer of Healing, Peace, Presence & conscious-awareness inquiry.}

_{Meetings with incredible people & inspiring musicians worldwide amidst the many voyages allowed what I perceive as the integration of music, devotion & meditation.}

_{They informed my musical vision & fusion further. Upon returning from India to Israel, I co-founded with a circle of friends the band ‘Sheva’.}

_{Situated in the Galilee mountains of Northern Israel and seemingly on the fringe of the Israeli music scene, we influenced mainstream artists, became a phenomenon and a voice for a whole generation.}

_{With Sheva, I performed in Israel, Europe, the U.S, Canada & Australia. Sheva released three studio albums & 1 live album: “Live in Australia”, which won the Independent Music Awards (USA) for Best Live Album in 2007.}

_{Over the last two decades, I co-created meetings between artists & healers worldwide, reconciliation gatherings in Israel, U.S.A & Australia.}

_{I followed the footsteps of my beloved partner Nirupa and studied Somatic Experiencing, and together we lead workshops for Nervous System healing and regulation through music movement and touch.}

_{I love facilitating events and workshops, weaving sound, sacred song & healing. I feel blessed and grateful that some of my songs travel the world and touch and connect people’s hearts through the medicine of singing.}

_{In whatever way I can, I continue to share what I wish for: The Love we’re made of, through SatSong circles, Somatic Listening workshops, Song-Initiation sessions, Temple Of Song circles and Hamsa (The Live band co-founded with my Sheva brother Avishai Barnatan).}

_{Co-founded Nomadic Voices with Avishai Barnatan. An acoustic fusion of contemporary & traditional themes, with which we performed in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and the Splendour in the Grass festival, and the Byron Spirit Festival.}

_{Co envisioned & facilitated the conception of the label and production company Globalev, with my friends Ariel Rom, Roni Hus and Gil Ron Shama, and participated in creating many sacred music circles, healing & interfaith gatherings and world music festivals.}

The album includes collaborations with Mosh Ben Ari & Alma Zohar and artists from around the world, including Jai Uttal, Avishai Barnatan, Gilad Dobrecky, and the Jazzy Japanese-Australian ‘Akimitsu Iwase’ trio.}

_{In 2015 I recorded SatSong – songs of love, truth and freedom, released in 2016. A collection of original songs in English, depicting insights and experiences throughout my journey as a student of Spirit and lover of different Wisdom modalities and traditions. It was recorded in my home studio at Casa Buena.}
_{I had the privilege to co-produce it with Avishai Barnatan and have Deva Premal sing and Manose play on a couple of songs and a guest appearance by Jai Uttal.}

My Story
