On Sunday August 14th I will be facilitating a day workshop, in Yoga Peace, Mullumbimby. (10 am-4pm)
SONGHA- the yoga of sacred song, sound, silence & intention.
I’ll be sharing practices rooted in Sufi and Kabbalah traditions.
We’ll learn simple & useful tools for self healing, empowerment & connectedness.
No previous experience needed, just bring yourself!!!
$80 for the day, bookings essential!!!
I am about to finish the post production phase of my Hebrew debut album ZEH (This).
Mastering it within the next couple of weeks, finalising the cover graphics and sending it out into the world wide web:-)
Finishing the work on this site is a never ending process I guess…just like life itself, ever changing, updating, evolving.
